My husband had a spine and neck surgery at HSS. Mrs. Hold was beyond helpful; she went above and beyond to take care of everything. The apartment had an issue, and Mrs. Hold had brand new linen and towels delivered from the store, and the next day had a cleaning crew come. The apartment was like a brand-new apartment.
