Deal Breakfast Campaign 2019
The Deal Breakfast Campaign 2019 brought together the Syrian community in Deal, New Jersey under the leadership of Rabbi Sanders to support Chesed 24/7’s lifesaving work. Through hospitality rooms, daily kosher meals, apartments near hospitals, transportation, Yom Tov essentials and more, Chesed 24/7 stands beside patients and families when they have nowhere else to turn. Funds from this breakfast strengthened the organization’s general fund so help could be given wherever it was needed most. Although this campaign is now closed, the impact of the Deal community’s generosity continues to be felt in hospitals every single day.
How the Deal Breakfast Helped
- Supported Chesed 24/7’s general fund, allowing rapid response to urgent needs across all programs
- Helped restock hospitality rooms with kosher food, drinks, and essentials for families staying near patients
- Funded fresh kosher meals delivered directly to patients and caregivers in hospitals
